Concert Information
Please note the following terms and conditions of ticket sales:

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
  • If a concert is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded.
  • All concert prices include GST.
  • Doors to venue open approximately 30 minutes before show time.
  • All concerts are non smoking.
  • A child is classified 12 years and under (Children under 2 years are free: Excludes Children's Shows).
  • For reserved seated shows ticket number is seat number.
  • Support acts are subject to change.
  • Ticket holders are not permitted to record shows, with a video recorder or camera of any kind.
  • Please inform our box office staff if you have any special needs, e.g. wheelchair, when purchasing your tickets.
  • A handling fee of $5 (incl. GST) will be added to any booking made over the phone
  • Internet sales have a $1 fee

     

Club Entry
If you live within a 10-kilometre radius of the club and are not a member you are required by law to be signed in by a member or join the club.
To enter either club & you live outside the 10-kilometre radius, you must either sign in or be a member of the club, residential ID will need to be sited.

Festival Membership
Festival membership is available and entitles a person to enter the club without signing in and to member discounts on food & beverage. Festival membership is valid from January to March.
