Important Concert Information
Please note the following terms and conditions of ticket sales:
Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
If a concert is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded.
All concert prices include GST.
Doors to venue open approximately 30 minutes before show time.
All concerts are non-smoking.
A child is classified 12 years and under (Children under 3 years are free: Excludes Children’s Shows).
For reserved seated shows ticket number is seat number.
Support acts are subject to change.
Ticket holders are not permitted to record shows, with a video recorder or camera of any kind.
Please inform our box office staff if you have any special needs, e.g. wheelchair, when purchasing your tickets.
A handling fee of *$5 (incl. GST) will be added to any booking made over the phone or internet.

Club Entry
If you live within a 10-kilometre radius of the club and are not a member you are required by law to be signed in by a member or join the club.
If you live outside of the 10-kilometre radius of the club to enter, you must either sign in or be a member of the club, residential ID will need to be sited.

Festival Membership
Festival membership is available for *$6.00 and entitles a person to enter the club without signing in and to member discounts on food & beverage. Festival membership is valid from January to March 2009.
