What is Wests Rewards?

Wests Rewards is our member loyalty program encompassing Wests and Wests' Diggers where our members are rewarded each time they use their membership card.

  • To earn Reward points each time you make a purchase
  • To exchange your Reward points for beverages, food, and bottle shop items (excluding cigarettes)
  • To exchange your Reward points for vouchers with our trading partners: Woolworths, Lowes Petroleum and Tamworth Taxis

How do I earn/spend my Reward Points?

Members can earn reward points by:

  • Purchasing from Legends Bar
  • Purchasing from Blazes Bar

  • Purchasing from Smoky's Bar and Grill
  • Purchasing from Neros Café
  • Purchasing from Neros Café at Diggers
  • Purchasing from the Bottleshop

 

It's Simple

When making a purchase from the participating departments just present your membership card at the time of ordering.

How it works

Every time you spend in the club's participating departments you earn Wests Rewards points. For example, $5 spent in Banjos = 5 Wests Rewards Points

Wests Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Wests Rewards Member Loyalty Program is open to all Wests Entertainment Group Members (includes West Tamworth League Club and Wests' Diggers), who must be over 18 years of age. Club Management are not eligible.
  • Persons are deemed eligible for Wests Rewards when they are officially approved by the Wests Membership Committee and they have received notice of their acceptance as a new member of Wests Entertainment Group.>

 

2. Earning Wests Rewards Points

  • Members earn reward points for every dollar spent in participating departments at Wests or Wests' Diggers. The participating departments are Legends Bar, Blazes Bar, Scores Sports Bar, Neros Cafés, Smoky's Bar and Grill, Banjos Family Restaurant and the Bottleshop (excluding cigarettes and other tobacco products).
  • Members must produce their membership card when requesting a purchase to obtain their products. Failure to do this will result in no points being earned or no member's discount being offered.
  • Members found lending their membership card will be reported to the membership committee resulting in a breach of Club By Laws and are subject to suspension of membership.
  • Wests Reward points will only be awarded for purchases paid by a current member presenting their card.
  • Members cannot earn Reward points when buying raffle tickets, membership, festival membership, concert tickets, bingo vouchers, sweepstakes, gift vouchers and special promotional merchandise

 

3. Redeeming Your Points for Product

  • Present your membership card to the cashier and advise service personnel that you wish to ‘pay by points'. Where points do not total the full amount a partial payment can be made.
  • Members can spend their reward points in any participating department at Wests and Wests' Diggers. The participating departments are Legends Bar, Blazes Bar, Scores Sports Bar, Neros Cafés, Smoky's Bar and Grill, Banjos Family Restaurant and the Bottleshop (excluding cigarettes and other tobacco products).
  • Members cannot use their Reward points to purchase raffle tickets, membership, festival membership, concert tickets, bingo vouchers, sweepstakes, gift vouchers and special promotional merchandise

 

4. Wests Rewards Points Check Balance

  • This machine is located in the foyer of West Tamworth League Club (near the reception desk) for members to check their points balance. You can also check your points balance by presenting your card to the staff at the Rewards Centre.

 

5. Other Important Terms and Conditions

  • Wests Entertainment Group, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change program rules, terms, conditions and limitations or cancel the program entirely at any time, without prior notification.
  • Wests Reward points of unfinancial members can be annulled.
